Our Volunteer Team

The Cork LGBT Archive has been hosting weekly Volunteer Evenings – this has been made possible through Heritage Council funding for office space for the archive. The archive office has become a safe space, especially for young LGBTQ people, and a space of inter-generational learning and engagement. The volunteers bring energy and enthusiasm to the archive, learn about history and archiving and contribute to the work of the archive.
